For next day shipping or special arrangements, please contact customer service at (888) 240-3696 or at info@promedicalsupplies.com. Orders received by 11:30 AM EST will in most cases be shipped that day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. We ship from multiple warehouses around the country. Invoices with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number, you can use this tracking number to get the estimated arrival time of your package. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders up to $100 and anything over in most cases receives free ground shipping. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, or Canada.

Processing: Order is being charged and created. Pending Shipment: Order is being packaged. Shipped: Order has been shipped. Partially Shipped: Only part of your order has been shipped so far. Payment Declined: Payment for your order has been rejected. (Reasons vary) Awaiting Payment: Payment has not yet been received. (Can take up to 24hrs) Backordered: Your order is not in stock.
